University of Virginia Salaries

At the end of each fiscal year, Virginia public universities release information on all workers including their current salaries.

The 2022 Virginia budget included a 5% salary increase for all state employees with a “Contributor” rating or above, to take effect on June 10, 2023.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, consumer prices increased by 9.1% as of June 2022. This was a 40 year high.
