UCWVA-UVA Holds Mapping Training on How to Organize Your Workplace

On November 2, 2020, UCWVA-UVA held a training workshop for union members on how to systematically organize workplaces and departments at public colleges and universities in the Commonwealth. Members discussed essential organizing skills such as: charting your worksite, identifying organic leaders, and conducting systematic and effective recruitment.
