United Campus Workers of Virginia is a wall-to-wall union organizing public college and university workers across Virginia. We are Local 2265 of Communications Workers of America. Our union currently comprises 3 chapters at University of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University, and The College of William & Mary. All Virginia state higher education workers who are not executive administration, representatives of HR, and law enforcement are eligible to join.
